Session Fee
Individual therapy sessions are $200 per 50-minute session.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need.
Insurance
I am currently in-network with Optum/United Healthcare and Aetna
For all other insurance plans, I am an out-of-network provider.
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can submit claims directly on your behalf so you don’t have to handle any insurance paperwork.
You pay the session fee at the time of service, and your insurance reimburses you directly based on your plan benefits.
Many clients find this process simple and supportive, allowing them to focus on the work of therapy rather than administrative tasks.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your mental health services. A detailed estimate will be provided before beginning therapy or anytime you request one.
